DC to AC Inverters for Telecom and Industrial Applications

Philtek’s primary product is our High Performance Redundant Intelligent Series (HPRi), a line of sine-wave Pulse Width Modulated (PWM/IGBT) DC to AC Inverters with input to output isolation and capacities from 10 kVA to 180 kVA N+1, single and three phase outputs. The standard products are available with 24, 48, 120 & 240 DC input and 120, 120/240 1 phase output; 120/208 and 277/480 VAC 3 phase 60 HZ output. A range of 50 HZ and custom products are also available.

The system consists of a Power Plant with “modular,” “hot pluggable,” Inverter Modules for expansion of redundancy and capacity. The system includes a 2 to 4 mS Static Bypass Switch, Maintenance Bypass Switch, Monitoring and Communication interfaces.

Philtek also manufactures a line of mono-bloc, single phase Inverters, the High Performance Intelligent Series (HPi). These inverters are PWM/IGMT design and provide input to output isolation, Static Bypass (SBS) and Maintenance Bypass Switches with capacities of 2, 3, 5, & 10 kVA and DC inputs of 24, 48, 120 and 240 VDC and 120, 120/240 1 phase, 60 HZ output. A range of 50 HZ and custom products is also available.

In addition, Philtek manufactures Battery Chargers, Frequency Converters, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies as custom products.

Philtek PWM Telecom Inverters

HPRi Telecom Inverters Modular, Expandable, Parallel Redundant Inverter System. Available in Single and Three Phase Outputs. - 48 VDC Input - Single Phase to 60 kVA - Three Phase to 180 kVA High Frequency, PWM power circuit. The HPRi offers many advantages over the use of Uninterruptible Power Systems. (Click here to view a comparison). The 5 and 10 kVA hot pluggable modules are parallel connected for redundancy and capacity expansion. The System includes a Maintenance Bypass Switch and Static Transfer Switch.
